Billing
1. All orders will be shipped
prepaid with MasterCard,
Discover, Visa, or American Express
Method of Shipping
1.Products are shipped FOB Walnut Creek, via UPS ground.
UPS over-night and FED-X available upon request at customer expense.
Return Policy
1. A RadioMate Return Authorization Number is
required for all products returned for credit or
warranty repair.
2. A 25% restocking charge will apply to all
products being returned unused with original
packaging for credit.
Original shipping charges will be added to
restocking charge.
3. No credit returns will be accepted past 30
days from original invoice.
Requests for Special Products
1. RadioMate accepts requests for variations of
standard product.
2.
Such special product requests will be subject
to minimum order quantities and design and
engineering charges.
Warranty
1. RadioMate products are covered by a limited
one year warranty including parts and labor.
Consumable or abused
parts are exempt. For complete warranty
information, contact RadioMate Corporation.
